Error-Code Meaning Reason/Solution
H0001 Error in executable file Error in application, please contact Grafis Support.
H0007 Dongle not found Dongle not connected or Net dongle not available.
With cloud license: Cloud ID probably not defined in license manager (see Admin Control Center - Configuration) or no internet connection.
H0019 Invalid update data Invaldid data in update file, or update file damaged (V2C).
H0021 Invalid update counter Updates not in correct followup order. No update can be left out or skipped.
H0025 Realtime clock has no power Realtime clock inside the timer dongle has no more battery power. Contact Grafis Support for a new dongle.
H0027 TS detected Only server dongles with a special licence permit can be used in a terminal server environment. Please contact Grafis Support.
H0030 Debugger detected GRAFIS cannot be started while an application with debug option is active. Close all unnecessary development environment (e.g. MS Developer Studio) and try again.
H0031 Feature not found After changing the dongle, you may have forgotten to install the dongle update. You may have connected the wrong dongle or started an incompatible GRAFIS application (too old/too new).
H0033 Unable to access runtime Runtime environment for the dongle must be installed.
H0039 Broken session Connection with the dongle has been interrupted. Server dongles often experience connection problems (or server restart), local dongles may have hibernation mode activated.
H0040 Communication error Communication error with the Remote Licence Manager (for server dongles). There are likely to be network issues.
H0041 Feature has expired The licence term has expired on a timer dongle. For dongles with a counter, the number of programme starts may have been exhausted.
H0042 LM too old The installed dongle driver/runtime is too old.
H0045 System time has been altered. System time has been altered or manipulated. Try to restart Windows.
H0046 Security channel error The driver may be outdated. Especially with server dongles, the latest driver software (runtime) must also be installed on the server. The dongle's firmware may also be too old.
H0050 No matching features found. It is possible that a required update for the dongle has not yet been installed. Please check whether you received update instructions for the dongle with your GRAFIS upgrade.
H0054 / H0055 Update too old / new. This error always appears when dongle updates are performed in the wrong order. Each update must be installed in the correct order; none may be omitted.
H0091
With cloud license only.
Your license is in use on another machine. Older GRAFIS instances may not have been completely closed before restarting Windows and are still occupying sessions in the Cloud Licence Manager. This message usually appears in connection with Windows or Grafis updates.
Typically the problem disappears after a few minutes, up to a maximum of 1 hour.
In newer driver versions, the licence can be transferred.
H0092
With cloud license only.
Your cloud ID is used on too many workstations. You attempted to install the Cloud ID on too many computers. By default it can only be used on one computer. If you wish to transfer the Cloud licence to a new computer, please contact Grafis Support.
H0093
With cloud license only.
Cloud identity server not ready. The cloud licence server is unavailable. Contact Grafis Support.
H0103
With cloud license only.
Cloud identity expired. Your cloud identity or cloud licence is no longer valid.
