If you are using Grafis V9.01 and older and your CD has been created before 15th of February 2007 you need a new release of your GRAFIS version if you want to run it under Windows Vista or 7. The installation of the current dongle drivers is neccessary but not sufficient. The start of GRAFIS presents the error message "Error 38: ....". Request a new CD via Hotline
